Sea Further the Land

Sea Further the Land is an incentive trip for surgeons from around the World with the purpose of gathering around conferences and sports. They will be able throughout this trip to discover the beauty of the capital city of Portugal, Lisbon. 

We organize this incentive travel for the International Association of Surgeons. This association brings together different surgeons from several countries. Our trip will include 555 surgeons and 455 accompanying persons, a total of 1,000 people.

 

The 5-days of travel consists of conferences, sport, discovery of the cultural heritage and atypical evenings.

The sports chosen will be Golf and Regatta on the Atlantic Ocean. These two prestigious sports are practiced by the upper classes, offering personal and team challenges and above all are educative on a sportive and professional level. The teams will be made by type of activity and will evolve in competition throughout the stay.

South Western Europe countries are famous for their golf courses, always well maintained and propose very high quality services and original courses. 

 

Lisbon and its surroundings has twenty different golf courses. Surgeons who have chosen golf activities will be spread over 4 high quality golf courses with 18 holes, club house and available caddie if necessary. Some golf courses have been created on the ruins of historical monuments, which increases their originality and attraction.

The Atlantic Ocean along the Portuguese coast offers stunning reliefs and the conditions of sailing are optimal to learn and progress in sailing. The surgeons who choose the regatta activity will learn to sail on boats of 30 feet for 4 complete afternoons. They will be divided in 3 groups of 10 boats each with 20 skippers to foster learning, relaxation and of course security.
